Can I make my payments online?
Yes, please click here and you will access our online payment page which allows you to make payments via credit card.

How can I automatically make my monthly payment by an electronic draft from my checking account?
Click here to access our automatic payment plan enrollment form. Once it is completed and returned to us along with a voided copy of a check, we can set up an automatic deduction from your checking account which will save you the time and expense of paying by check. This will allow for more efficient payment posting and crediting of your account, as well as avoiding late fees.

What payment methods does Regional accept?
In addition to accepting payments online and by automatic electronic draft, Regional accepts checks, check-by-phone, MoneyGram, Visa, and Master Card.

What should I do if my car is damaged in an accident?
If your car sustains physical damage in an accident you should contact your insurance agent and also notify your local Regional branch so that we can assist you.

How do I notify Regional of a Change in Physical Damage Insurance?
If you change your physical damage insurance company you should notify Regional by contacting your local Regional Branch office. It is important to notify us of the information when the change is made and not wait until a problem arises.

Please take the initiative and contact Regional through your local branch office. Often times arrangements can be made to relieve your financial pressure if you make the effort to call.

Who should I contact if I lose my coupon book?
A lost coupon book can result in increased interest payments and late fees. It is important that you contact Regional immediately if you lose your coupon book. Please contact your local Regional branch office to order a new book.
